If your business is on a domain, this setting may not be accessible on your browser. You may need to contact the system administrator or IT Support to resolve the issue. -
Click OK after these settings are enabled.
- Click OK again to save your changes.
- Log into your web browser again.
If your browser was already set correctly, it's likely that you have a misconfigured system file. Here's how to reset the system file to the default settings:
- Click the Start button in Windows.
- In the search field, type Run.
- Enter regsvr32 msxml3.dll in the Open field, and click OK.
After a moment, a dialogue box notifies you that the file was properly reset. Click OK in the dialogue box to exit.
After making these changes, please close all of your Internet Explorer windows and open a new browser window again.
If you continue to have any issues/problems with the following steps, please contact QUBYTE IT Central Support at 1-800-928-5180.
